He has been involved in various business interests This led to him being appointed to the board of the Chamber of Commerce, which he chaired for 3 years during which time the city saw some of its greatest growth in nearly 80 years. Head of IP
Ross is a Chartered and European Patent Attorney, with extensive patent experience in the mechanical engineering field.
Following an apprenticeship with Westland Helicopters, Ross studied Mechanical Engineering at Queen Mary College, University of London. He worked at the UK Patent Office for 8 years, becoming a Senior Patent Examiner before moving to the patent department of Renishaw plc.
He then moved into private practice, and subsequently took up the post of Lead IP Counsel at General Electric. Ross provides valuable IP guidance for the project.
Communications and Business Manager
Dulaine has a wealth of experience in the Public Affairs arena where she is currently heavily involved with monitoring and research for top line clients. In recent years she has also played a key role in operational work and managed Human Resources and Company Infrastructure. She has 12 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing for an International company.
Director of Development
Chris is a highly motivated and innovative Director, also a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of industry experience delivering engineering and renewable energy projects including marine and coastal works. Experience encompasses all aspects of project development, including environmental and planning procedures, procurement and financial assessment. Chris has worked in renewable energy projects since 1995 with Hyder Consulting and United Utilities. He has also managed a portfolio of wind farm projects in Wales and Scotland. This included developing the 35MW Mynydd y Betws Wind Farm which was granted planning approval following a Public Inquiry in 2008.
James is Swansea University Graduate with a Masters in Chemical Engineering.
He has 2 years of experience working for Valero Energy, Pembroke Dock during which time he managed numerous projects focussing on the optimisation of various refinery processes.
A recent Repetitive Energy team member, James is based in the Penarth Office providing project management support for the SmartStream turbine.
With a background in physical oceanography, Mike is working towards a PhD at Bangor University. Past research has been related to sub-surface wave phenomena, modelling coastal trapped waves and identifying the internal seiches present in lakes. His current research is focused towards achieving large-scale resource assessments, relevant to hydrokinetic energy conversion, using remote sensing and big data.
